Justin Noble was born into a Delaware real estate centric family where he learned how immensely valuable the holding of real estate could be. At a young age, he realized this trait surely didn’t skip a generation. While most 10-year-old’s spend their time watching TV or playing video games, Justin could often be found with his head buried in house plan books, architecture and design magazines, or playing with CAD software on the computer. Several years later, this passion still remains. While his skill-set...and voluminous hair, have grown tremendously, his enthusiasm is still the same as that wide-eyed young boy. Justin has nearly a decade of experience in various marketing and business development capacities and prides himself on producing results for the most discerning of clients. He focuses steadfastly on the bottom line - a happy client. Through strong negotiation skills, mild temper, and the fight for positive results, he is able to perform for his clients. Justin loves working with buyers, sellers, and developers--assisting them through the nuances of D.C. real estate. Some clients have described Justin as “a gem of a real estate agent,” having “excellent taste,” and an “intellectually aggressive-but pleasant persona,” making him the perfect real estate teammate when buying or selling. When not assisting clients with a sale or purchase, volunteering his time with local animal shelters, or conducting community outreach through the Uptown Mainstreet organization, Justin can often be found grabbing coffee with past clients or walking his boxer, Brutus, with his husband in their neighborhood of Petworth in North West. Justin also spends time in Bethany Beach, Delaware where he lived prior to moving to D.C., and is actively licensed to serve the state of Delaware and its charming beach towns!
