Chris and his group are the first, if not only, Washington, D.C. real estate team to employ an off-market acquisitions associate for the benefit of their developer, investor, and end-user clients. Chris is also a go-to resource for Washington, D.C.'s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). He is fully versed in TOPA strategy and the procedure of the law, and has successfully represented landlords, buyers, tenants and developers alike in over 50 transactions involving this complicated process. Chris has personally developed several condo projects in D.C. and has also invested in multifamily properties that have been sourced through his TOPA expertise. After graduating cum laude from Colgate University, Chris spent a year playing and studying the sport of cricket in India. Prior to becoming an agent, Chris was a well-known DJ and music producer, and has released numerous original compositions and remixes on national and international record labels. Chris is also an avid tennis player and enthusiast of contemporary art and architecture. He currently lives in Chevy Chase (D.C.) with his wife, two daughters, and two Maine Coon cats.

Justin Noble was born into a Delaware real estate centric family where he learned how immensely valuable the holding of real estate could be. At a young age, he realized this trait surely didn’t skip a generation. While most 10-year-old’s spend their time watching TV or playing video games, Justin could often be found with his head buried in house plan books, architecture and design magazines, or playing with CAD software on the computer.
